We take great care in our packaging and shipping to minimise any potential damage and waste, while making sure the artwork is secure.  Every item is insured for loss or damage.  Any damage must be photographed and accepted prior to return and refund.

Returns and Refunds
 

We want you to love the art you selected, but if something isn't right or you aren't delighted by your purchase, please let us know.  You can return your artwork by mail or courier within 14 days of delivery.  

 

Incorrect or Damaged Goods (Photo Returns):

We always pack your artwork with great care. If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and the shipping container to sarah@sealharbor.co.uk. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return.

 

Please send your request within 14 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know that your refund is being processed as soon as we receive the returned work of art.

Please ensure that you use original packaging when returning your purchase to avoid any damage to the artwork. Please send to the following address:

Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will cover that cost if we determine that the artwork did not arrive as described on our website. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. If you are returning an item that is not normally capable of being returned by post, you are still responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refund Policy

Once your artwork is received and inspected for any damage, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned artwork. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  We will only refuse a full or partial refund if the work of art has been damaged. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
